Order Processing
Each order is prepared with exceptional attention to detail. Please allow 4–7 business days for us to carefully inspect, wrap, and dispatch your items. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Options & Rates
We offer two reliable delivery methods to destinations around the world (excluding Asia and select remote regions). All timeframes are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

Express Shipping – DHL/FedEx

  • Delivery within 2–7 business days, depending on your location

  • Rate: 15–15–35, calculated at checkout

Standard Shipping – EMS

Where We Ship
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. At this time, we are unable to deliver to Asia and certain remote areas due to carrier limitations. If your location falls outside our serviceable network, we will contact you promptly to cancel and fully refund your order.

Packaging You Can Trust
Because your order may include delicate items — crystal stemware, ceramic dinnerware, cutlery, glass coffee makers, and serving bowls — we go the extra mile with protective packaging. Each piece is wrapped individually using shock-absorbing materials and secured in double-walled boxes. We treat every parcel as if it were headed to our own table.

Tracking & Order Updates
Once your shipment is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account at andrewmartinco.com.

Receiving Your Shipment
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the box shows signs of significant damage, we kindly ask you to note it with the carrier before signing, or refuse delivery if the contents appear compromised. For any concealed damage, contact us at support@andrewmartinco.com within 48 hours so we can make it right. Your satisfaction is the centerpiece of our service.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
As an international customer, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
